Hands up those who diligently apply moisturizers twice a day! I’m proud of you, lovelies! For you who don’t, besides applying sunscreen during the day, you NEED A MOISTURIZER for your life, and you have to start NOW. A good moisturizer will give a distinctive difference on the surface of your skin, and if you use the right serum for your face, it gets all the better.

EL Nutritious Vita-Mineral Moisture Creme

When Estee Lauder brilliantly re-formulated its Nutritious collection that was launched back in 2007, I wasted no time to try its Vital-Mineral Moisture Crème (RM220 for 50ml). I did not quite like the previous formulation, but now I just wanted to give a second chance to the Nutritious line due to its RED packaging! Tee-hee!

Despite the label that says A.M., we can also use this at night ^^

The label at the bottom of this sexy red jar stated that this cream is to be used during the day, but the SA at Robinsons Gardens, Mid Valley told me that I could actually use this during the night, too. How nice it is to be able to save some pennies as I don’t need to spend on a day moisturizer and a night moisturizer!

Did I get radiant, healthy and beautiful results? I have to say that I never believe that anyone can get all the three results just by using a moisturizer alone. Skeptical, I know, and I expected not to gain any radiance from this moisturizer alone. Perhaps with the use from the entire Nutritious range, I might. Most importantly, I get a WELL-HYDRATED skin.

The Nutritious Vita-Mineral Moisture Crème is actually not a thick cream, but a gel-crème. I was surprised to find out this gel-crème, which is light and usually more suitable combination skin, is moisturizing enough for my dehydrated skin! This moisture crème has a sweet, melon scent that I also like, and I love the fact that it keeps my skin hydrated during the night.

My only gripe with this moisture crème is that I could not use this during the day, especially under any make up as I find it slightly greasy for my skin. Weird, isn’t it? A moisture crème that is so light, like a gel-cream consistency, yet it is packed with so much moisture for my dehydrated skin! I only need to use a little every time I apply on my face as the texture spreads easily, but since it is a little greasy on my face during the day, I can only use this crème at night. Yes, my skin really loves it at night, especially being applied after its well-known face serum, Advanced Night Repair! I guess I can’t save much now because I still need to get the RIGHT day moisturizer for me. Aaaarrrggghhh!!!!

Oh, before I forgot! Unlike its famous ANR eye cream, this moisture crème does NOT come together with a spatula! Those of you who are hygiene freaks will be ranting to whatever and whoever next to you when you open the box and find no spatula given. He he he!
